Job summary

Conagra Brands in Kent, WA is seeking Packaging Associates for the 9:30 PM–6:00 AM shift. You will rotate through Production Specialist roles, monitor conveyors, check product quality, and assist with packaging while upholding safety and GMP standards.

You will be trained in plant sanitation, chemical handling, and equipment cleaning. The role offers overtime, team collaboration, and opportunities for growth within a large, iconic food company.

Qualifications

• Must follow plant work standards and quality criteria.
• Regular attendance required by policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet internal/external expectations.
• Communicate food safety concerns to supervisor/management.

• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all positions of Production Specialist on different lines.
• Monitor conveyor line performance and product flow; perform quality checks.
• Taping and packaging products; stack into boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Adhere to SQF, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices; use PPE as required.
• Support team and supervisor to ensure production targets are met.
