Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to support the daily schedule on assigned shift.
• Know processes in the department or across departments and operate equipment across functions.
• Collaborate with line leads to identify cross-training opportunities.
• Follow JES documents for the assigned line.
• Participate in cleaning to meet designated times with available resources.
• Communicate with Line Lead and Maintenance to fix issues promptly.
• Participate in plant audits for the assigned area.
• Coordinate handoffs with other shifts to improve plant performance.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by shift supervisor or Operations Manager.
