• Minimum 2 years in a production/manufacturing facility.

• Ability to hire, lead, coach, develop and motivate direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of assigned operator team through all aspects of operations.
• Maintain Safety, Quality & Efficiency as priority.
• Oversee production schedule execution and communicate deviations.
• Provide daily updates and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead shift meetings and ensure shift production goals are met.
• Oversee inventory control and material accuracy for packaging.
