Monster Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging Manager to oversee all facets of packaging operations in North Carolina. You will lead Packaging Operators, Technicians and Leads, ensuring product quality and safety across packaging lines.

You will manage staffing, SOPs, and continuous improvement projects, reporting to the General Manager. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced brewery environment are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all packaging quality standards.
• Master Operator 1, Operator 2 and Technician 1 tasks.
• Manage Packaging tasks and procedures in Orchestrated Beer.
• Supervise and lead a team of Packaging Operators and Technicians.
• Operate all packaging equipment and stations in the facility.
• Manage Packaging team labor scheduling and performance.
• Maintain SOPs and required documentation.
• Engage in improvement projects coordinated by GM/Director.
• Screen, interview and hire new Packaging staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, text or in person.
