Job summary

Novolex is hiring for a Packer on the night shift at our Mt. Carmel, PA facility. You will support the production team by safely packaging finished goods and inspecting for quality, with a fixed 7:00pm–7:00am schedule and rotating weekends off.

Starting pay is $19.85 per hour plus a $1 per hour night shift differential. Sponsorship/relocation are not offered for this hourly position. Training emphasizes GMP adherence and workplace safety to ensure efficient packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging.
• Adherence to GMP and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Check for quality issues and communicate with supervisor about issues.
• Maintain adequate supplies at the station (boxes, tape, etc.).
• Keep workstation clean at all times and follow safety rules.
• Support operations to ensure timely production.
