• Set up and clean, if necessary, all equipment prior to start time.
• Perform quality checks on product and record data.
• Monitor oven/production equipment during operation.
• Perform sanitation duties as required to restore operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment not running effectively.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies to maintain product quality and safety.
• Report unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
