Essentia Health is seeking an orthopedic nocturnist to cover evening and night call at a Level I trauma center in Duluth, MN. Expect 4 PM–7 AM shifts with about 180 shifts per year, and flexible models such as two weeks on/two weeks off or one week on/one off.

No clinic duties, no rounding, and no spine calls; in-house trauma team and APP support available. Compensation includes potential bonuses and incentives; hospital system emphasizes EMR/EPIC care across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

• Orthopedics - Nocturnist licensure/certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Cover orthopedic evening/night call from 4 PM to 7 AM at a level 1 trauma center.
• Approximately 180 weekday and weekend shifts per year.
• Flexible scheduling options (e.g., two weeks on/two weeks off, or one week on/one off).
• Call supported by APP group 24/7 with in-house calls and outside patient calls.
• No spine, no clinic responsibilities, no hospital rounding, no codes to respond to.
