Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an Operating Room Technician Program in a technical or Jr. College or hospital program.
• 2 years varied ORT experience required for 7 on/ 7 off position.
• Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and set up for cases and manage supplies and equipment.
• Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and perform delegated functions.
• Anticipate the needs of the patient and physician and make decisions within scope of practice.
• Adhere to the institution's policies, procedures, and applicable legal guidelines.
