Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in transfer and positioning of surgical patients.
• Clean and restock operating rooms and equipment between cases.
• Perform surgical skin prep and patient prepping.
• Assist in holding patients for spinal anesthesia.
• Transport specimens to laboratories as required.
• Deliver blood products and coordinate with OR Front Desk.
• Aid the surgical team with room setup and equipment needs.
• Operate and move medical equipment safely and report issues.
• Maintain infection control and proper waste disposal.
• Ensure supplies for day-to-day operations are stocked.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and mandatory education.
