Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Grand Rapids, MI plant to lead overnight manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will oversee hourly employees and ensure safe, efficient execution of production and logistics plans, with a focus on quality and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to make real-time decisions, and availability for 3rd shift (2:15 PM - 11:00 PM) with regular weekend work. Join a team dedicated to operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with proven leadership in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands on overnight shifts while maintaining execution and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Shift Leadership – Lead all activities on 3rd shift, ensuring production and warehouse operations run safely and efficiently.
• Employee & Plant Support – Supervise, coach, and support hourly employees while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Continuous Improvement & Compliance – Participate in plans and policies for safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Safety & Food Safety Leadership – Champion people safety and food safety by modeling company values.
• Operational Flexibility – Adapt to changing priorities and staffing needs on overnight manufacturing environments.
