Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain trained and competent supervisors and associates aligned with customer objectives.
• Communicate specific, measurable performance standards.
• Interview hourly associates and provide hire recommendations.
• Monitor attendance and productivity; provide coaching.
• Motivate and engage the team through recognition and teamwork.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, dispatch, and documentation.
• Conduct team meetings and evaluate improvements to dispatch operations.
• Provide coverage for operational duties when needed.
• Maintain site operating systems and resolve exceptions promptly.
• Complete records and reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and manage overtime to meet targets.
• Maintain safety by training, feedback, and policy adherence.
• Support growth and customer experience goals; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Plan fleet assignments and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
