Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English and analyze information.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work with diverse products in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Night Crew Department to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, customer experience, presentation, and efficiency in Night Crew operations.
• Engage and lead associates to achieve department goals.
• Maintain proper staffing and attendance per policies.
• Set up and maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for the department.
