City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team! The Night Operations Coordinator will oversee the nightly operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency across all assigned accounts. This role involves coordinating tasks for independent contractors, performing quality assurance checks, and addressing any operational issues that arise during the night shift. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with clients to uphold the highest standards of service.

  • Monitor and coordinate the workload of independent contractors, ensuring adherence to client specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections of the work performed, addressing any deficiencies promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Facility Solutions Managers regarding ongoing issues or areas for improvement.
  • Implement City Wide’s operational procedures and ensure compliance with safety and cleaning protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist in training and guiding new contractors in operational standards.
  • Provide detailed reports and documentation on night operations and any incidents that occur.
  • Other duties as assigned to enhance the operational effectiveness of the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in management or facilities operations .
  • Minimum of two years experience in operations coordination or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills required.

Working Conditions

The physical demands required for this position may include, but are not limited to, standing, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to various working conditions typical in facilities such as cleaning chemicals and equipment.
