Adecco is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the primary liaison between temporary associates and the client workforce. This role supports the associate lifecycle, including attendance management, performance counseling, retention, and client support, while ensuring service delivery meets policies and performance metrics.
Onsite Supervisors maintain a presence on the production floor, address questions, conduct counseling, and help with retention initiatives.
The Onsite Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between Adecco associates and the client workforce. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the associate lifecycle, including attendance management, performance counseling, retention, and client support. The Onsite Supervisor ensures exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies, client expectations, and operational performance metrics.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
