Job summary

MultiCare Health System's Auburn Medical Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support Lab Services. The role includes patient registration, order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may extend to specimen pick-up, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other location-specific tasks. Requires completion of phlebotomy training and MA certification eligibility, with nights and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• MA-Certified or MA-Phlebotomy Certification eligible - must complete training within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Previous experience dealing with the public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter orders.
• Perform phlebotomy and process specimens.
• Pick up specimens in offices as needed.
• Sort and deliver reports.
• Deliver supplies and support location operations.
