Job summary

Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO is seeking an OB Tech - Labor and Delivery for night shifts (PRN). You will support the RN and Physician in obstetric care, assist with cesarean and vaginal deliveries, prepare instruments, and coordinate supplies to ensure smooth deliveries.

This role requires High School graduate, completion of OB Tech program preferred, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to follow sterile technique.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Completion of OB Tech program (preferred).
• Previous healthcare experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to obstetric emergencies with the OB team.
• Prioritize equipment, supplies, and instruments for deliveries.
• Maintain sterile environment during SVD and C-section.
• Enter physician orders and birth data into computer systems.
• Assist with patient escort and discharge planning.
