Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) in Columbus, OH for full-time, 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am). Compensation ranges from $18.05 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

The role supports inpatient post-ICU recovery in a hospital setting and offers career growth opportunities. Responsibilities include direct patient care, hourly rounds, patient transport assistance, and maintaining a clean, stocked unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; related work experience (3+ years) is acceptable.
• BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds to monitor patient needs.
• Transport patients and assist with moving them in wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, instruments, and equipment.
• Manage unit stock of supplies as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
