South Shore Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care on the 55 Fogg Rd unit in Weymouth, MA. The role involves assisting with patient transport, observation duties, and essential clerical tasks to keep the unit efficient.

You will work the night shift with a focus on safety, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with licensed staff. Completion of BLS and a preference for a High School Diploma/GED are required.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic medical terminology and computer skills; effective communication and accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision and assist with daily living activities.
• Observe, obtain and report patient data/status to the assigned RN.
• Ensure patient safety and proper documentation of services rendered.
