Job summary
Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a Nursing Assistant - Medical Surgical on the 3rd floor for night shift per diem coverage. You will perform routine bedside care under supervision, with duties including hygiene, vital signs, I&O, and documenting care in the medical record.

Qualifications
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- Nursing Assistant certification preferred upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine bedside care for patients.
- Collect data and monitor vital signs.
- Document care activities in the medical record.
- Answer call lights and respond to emergencies.
- Assist with ADLs and use of patient equipment.
