Qualifications

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Nursing Assistant certification upon hire.
• Acute care or specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine bedside care including personal hygiene, data collection and observation, vital signs, I&O, ADL assistance.
• Document care in medical records and respond to call lights.
• Recognize emergencies and respond promptly under supervision.
