Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Nurse Technician to support 7 West Medical Telemetry during night shifts (7p–7a) with rotating weekends. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you’ll perform basic nursing tasks, assist with ADLs, and document patient data accurately.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, completion of the Saint Francis Nurse Technician Training or a CNA program, and CPR within 30 days of hire. Prior healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Saint Francis Nurse Technician Training or CNA program.
• CPR Certification within 30 days of hire.
• 0–6 months related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to assigned patients under licensed nurse supervision.
• Performs procedures and assists with activities of daily living.
• Observes and reports patient condition promptly and accurately.
• Documents data, treatments, and vital signs per policy.
• Transports patients, supplies and equipment as needed.
• Participates in in-services and unit educational activities.
