Skyview Springs Rehab and Nursing in Luray, VA is seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. The role oversees RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during night shifts, coordinates care plans, and upholds regulatory compliance while maintaining staff support and resident dignity.

The ideal candidate holds a current Virginia RN license, has at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience with supervisory exposure, and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Virginia.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehab.
• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the night shift.
• Monitor residents' condition and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Ensure care is delivered per care plans, physician orders, and regulations.
• Perform rounds to assess care, staffing needs, and facility safety.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and disciplinary support to staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and smooth hand-offs between shifts.
