Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Exeter Hospital offers a year-long Nurse Residency Program that provides new graduates with hands-on clinical experience across diverse patient populations. The residency emphasizes interprofessional collaboration, quality and safety, and continuous learning within a Magnet-designated hospital. Shift: Nights 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse - NH or other compact state.
• BCLS certified - for select nursing positions within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical experience with a variety of patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with preceptors, nurse educators, and managers.
• Participate in orientation and core residency curriculum.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and professional behaviors.
