NYU Langone Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Women's Services in New York, NY. The role provides clinical leadership and night-shift management for a busy patient care unit, fostering excellence in patient care and staff development.

The successful candidate will collaborate with an interprofessional team to ensure quality, patient experience, and unit efficiency, while guiding staff growth and maintaining a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current RN license in New York State; BLS certification.
• Clinical certification in the patient population served or nurse leader certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance of staff and ensure appropriate staffing and skill mix.
• Coordinate care delivery and assignment of staff based on patient care needs.
