Qualifications

• Final year BSN student in accredited program, GPA 2.5+.
• Must stay enrolled in nursing school during role.
• Basic computer and EHR skills required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain verbal report from RN handoff and clarify as needed.
• Review EHR for patient care details and orders.
• Document vital signs and report abnormal findings.
• Assist patients with ADLs and daily activities.
• Perform basic diabetes and nutrition observations and reporting.
