Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold New York State RN license and NP certification.
• Master's degree in nursing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health status through history and physical exams.
• Initiate orders for therapies, diagnostics, and medication regimens.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management.
• Document care plans and patient responses in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
