Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a full-time night NeuroICU RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced neuroscience ICU. The 20-bed unit supports stroke alerts and transfers with an interdisciplinary team of neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, and neurocritical care specialists.

The role requires acute critical thinking, strong assessment skills, and a patient-first mindset. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered for eligible new hires, with career advancement

Qualifications

• Minimum one year RN experience in an ICU acute care setting.
• Active RN license in the State of California.
• BLS certification - American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification - American Heart Association.
• ASLS from American Heart Association within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs total body and system assessments each shift according to unit standards.
• Plans, implements, evaluates and educates as part of patient care.
• Utilizes unit-specific clinical/technical skills and protocols.
• Maintains legible, timely documentation in the computerized system.
• Accepts responsibility and cooperates with facility leadership.
