Job summary

Pacific Clinics in California seeks a Mobile Crisis clinician to provide emergency crisis intervention and stabilization for Solano County residents. The role involves crisis screening, triage, and coordination with law enforcement, CSU, and local health partners during acute events.

The position requires shift-based work (evenings/nights), the ability to manage high-risk situations, and strong collaboration with families and community resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Speak, read, and/or write another language may be required by some programs/areas.
• If program requires, employee must pass an initial physical abilities test (PATS) and be certified in crisis intervention techniques within the first 30 days and annually.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information, supports callers and identifies needs during crisis hotline calls.
• Performs crisis assessment and de-escalation for adults or youth in acute crises.
• Documents in accordance with MediCal regulations and meets productivity targets.
