Job summary

Hilmar Cheese Company seeks a Milk Receiver to manage milk tanker flow, weigh samples, and ensure quality and safety of incoming raw milk. You will operate bay equipment to unload and load ingredients and contribute to shift-based training and safety programs.

Candidates should have English proficiency, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. There is emphasis on food safety and sanitation adherence within a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Optimize milk tanker throughput.
• Operate receiving bay equipment to unload/load raw ingredients.
• Weigh-in and collect milk tanker samples for testing temperature and inhibitors.
• Perform quality checks on incoming raw milk ingredients.
• Satisfy sanitation and documentation as per Master Sanitation Schedule.
