Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in biology/biochemistry or related field with emphasis in microbiology.
• Experience includes aseptic techniques, gram staining, membrane filtration and standard lab practices.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily sample testing and perform a variety of microbiological tests on raw materials and finished product batches.
• Investigate OOS/OOT results and support corrective actions with QC Management.
• Assist in training new Associates and work independently in assigned lab areas.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant documentation and ensure accuracy of lab records.
• Coordinate information flow within the lab and to internal customers.
• Assist with instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
