Progressive PHP of Seaside Health System is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Technician to support patients and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include direct care, team-based treatment plan implementation, and patient transport, with a shift from 9:45PM to 6:15AM.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with clinical staff to meet daily patient needs in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work under close supervision with distractions/demanding patients and to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
• Knowledge of basic first aid required.
• Knowledge of infection control and sanitation procedures.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform direct care duties to assist patients in maintaining personal dignity and safety (40%).
• Participate as a member of the treatment team in the implementation of the multi-disciplinary treatment plan (40%).
• Provide driving/transportation and patient escort (15%).
• Perform all other duties as assigned (5%).
