Qualifications

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Prefer at least one year of MHT/CNA experience in healthcare.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Observation rounds and suicide risk observation.
• Assist with behavior modification programs.
• Monitor vital signs accurately.
• Maintain unit cleanliness and organization.
• Record messages and relay patient inquiries to staff.
• Maintain patient daily living activities.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients.
