The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place is seeking a Mental Health Registered Nurse for the full-time night shift (7pm-7am) in Williamsburg, Virginia. Competitive base pay plus shift differentials, sign-on bonus, and education support are offered.

The role focuses on comprehensive nursing care in an acute psychiatric setting, coordinating with LPNs/CNAs and the treatment team while documenting care plans and ensuring patient safety.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing; RN license required.
• 1+ year nursing experience in clinical/behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with psychotropic medications and administration procedures.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required.

Aufgaben

• Assess and plan patient care, document medical records, educate patients and families.
• Develop and implement patient care plans for behavioral health needs.
• Administer medications with two patient identifiers.
• Provide hand-off reports and coordinate with treatment team.
• Monitor patient acuity and staffing needs; escalate as needed.
