Peaceful Pines Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The role administers medications, assists with daily living activities, and delivers care with compassion and respect in a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed in SD as a Medication Aide or willing to complete on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a RN and in accordance with state regulations.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication delivery following policies.
• Monitor residents for medication effects and report changes to nursing leadership.
• Document medication administration in MAR and required systems.
• Maintain proper storage and security of medications per regulations.
