Responsibilities

• Perform various clinical laboratory tests in one or more sections.
• Analyze and interpret test results and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with PI program, ordering of supplies, developing procedures.
• Respond to issues and communicate results to medical staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI.
• Document proficiency testing and monitor quality control.
• Calibrate and maintain instruments as directed.
• Participate in PI and other quality improvement activities.
