This position emphasizes clerical support, charting, digital record handling, and coordinating patient flow to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer literacy and medical terminology knowledge.
• Prior experience in medical office or patient access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and staff, answers phones, and schedules appointments.
• Enters patient demographics and insurance information into the system.
• Verifies patient information and assists with check-out and documentation.
• Supports imaging and procedure prep under supervision.
• Maintains supplies and accurate filing for fast-paced environment.
