Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Good communication and judgment when interacting with patients and staff.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, staff and the public; answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Enter patient information, verify demographics and insurance; manage records in PACS.
• Assist in pre/post procedure setup, stock rooms and ensure patient care flow.
• Prepare charts, process discharges and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Support nurses and technologists with routine duties and clerical tasks.
