Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• BSN preferred, ADN required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC as applicable per department.
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using the nursing process and develop a plan of care with the interprofessional team.
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care across the continuum.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in assigned specialty and perform RN duties.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and reduce costs.
• Mentor and engage colleagues to promote professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Anticipate and manage risk in emergencies.
• Perform well in life-threatening situations.
