Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care following nursing process and organizational policies.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects per standards of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities as needed.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safe medication administration.
• Documents care and education promptly in medical records.
