Job summary

Vital Plastics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support production by retrieving materials, loading presses, and maintaining FIFO. The role requires working a shift S3 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM Monday through Thursday in Wisconsin.

You will operate the Delmiaworks ERP system, follow Work Orders and BOMs, monitor material quality, and keep the area safe and clean. Previous plastics experience and forklift skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Plastics manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate Delmiaworks (IQMS) ERP System to locate documents.
• Follow Work Orders and BOMs.
• Understand MWI and Production Schedule.
• Verify correct materials for each work order.
• Fill presses and empty grinders per MWI.
• Clean dryers and grinders.
• Maintain FIFO for staged materials.
• Operate forklift as needed for resin transfers.
• Communicate information to floor attendants.
• Operate presses as required.
• Restock packaging for jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
