Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa is seeking a Part‑Time Night Manager to oversee Independent Contractors and ensure top-notch cleanliness across the Tulsa Metro area. This evening role runs 5:30pm to 1:00am, Sunday–Thursday, with regular nightly routes and inspections to uphold standards.

The position offers hourly pay with bilingual premium for Spanish speakers and mileage reimbursement. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to visit client sites; safety screenings

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit client sites.
• Experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to quality and detail.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work with Account Managers to review nightly objectives and goals.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors.
• Serve as key contact for new Independent Contractors during starts.

This is a PART-TIME, hourly evening position.

Shift Details: Flexible Part-Time hours between 5:30pm to 1:00am Sunday-Thursday

As a Part‑Time Night Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring that our customers are happy with the cleanliness of their spaces. This position will cover the Tulsa Metro area.

City Wide Facility Solutions is the nation’s leading management company in the building maintenance industry, partnering with commercial properties to streamline over 20 facility services- from janitorial to window washing. Rather than performing the labor directly, City Wide manages vetted Independent Contractors to ensure top-tier quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
• Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Safety Sensitive:

• This position is Safety Sensitive.
• If you are selected for this position, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Compensation:

• Part-Time
• Hourly wage of $17/hour.
• Hourly wage of $19/hour if bilingual.
• Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month.

Schedule:

• 20-30+ hours per week.
• The assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
• The assigned work hours are flexible, between 5:30 pm – 1:00 am. Many of our Janitorial Leads work from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am
