City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa is seeking a Part-Time Night Manager to oversee Independent Contractors in the Tulsa Metro area. Evening shifts 5:30 pm–1:00 am, Sunday–Thursday, 20–30+ hours weekly, at $17/hour (or $19/hour if bilingual).

You’ll ensure cleaning standards and client satisfaction, manage routes, inspect sites, and build contractor relationships. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Prior experience in janitorial services or supervisory role is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Safety Sensitive position requiring pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
