Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Night Manager to supervise Independent Contractors and ensure cleaning tasks meet standards in the OKC metro area. The role involves nightly route oversight, inspections, and coordinating with Account Managers to hit nightly objectives.

Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; prior janitorial supervision is a plus. Flexible evenings, with a Safety Sensitive designation and pre-employment drug screen/background check.

Shift Details: Flexible Part-Time hours between 5:30pm to 1:00am Sunday-Thursday

As a Part-Time Night Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring that our customers are happy with the cleanliness of their spaces. This position will cover the Oklahoma City Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
• Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

Safety Sensitive

• This position is Safety Sensitive.
• If you are selected for this position, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Compensation:

• Part-Time

• Hourly wage of $15 /hour
• Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month

Schedule

• 20-30+ hours per week.
• The assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
• The assigned work hours are flexible, between 5:30 pm – 1:00 am. Many of our Janitorial Leads work from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am.
