City Wide Facility Solutions - Boston is seeking a Night Manager to oversee nightly on-site service operations and ensure adherence to the Client's scope of services. You will serve as the primary contact for independent contractors and vendors within the Boston network.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining client relationships and contract compliance during nightly visits.

City Wide Facility Solutions - Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of contact for all service management needs.

Our Night Manager position helps with the management of our facilities services, ensuring compliance with the Client's agreed upon scope of services. They also serve as a focal point for maintaining our relationship with the Independent Contractors and Vendors within the City Wide of Boston network.

What You'll Do

• Perform nightly on-site Client visits
• Manage to City Wide of Boston operational protocols for contract compliance
• Assist with New Client onboarding acting as the key contact for our independent contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current independent contractors.
