Job summary

RTP Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Kentucky facility to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on standard equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will respond to production breakdowns, manage shop organization and parts, and document activities for compliance.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, with two years of maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent combination.
• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Plastic extrusion and lift equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on standard equipment.
• Respond to production requests during line breakdowns.
• Maintain shop organization and parts inventory.
• Document work in logs and reports.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse and quality on maintenance projects.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and safe.
• Other duties as assigned.
