Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automated systems; ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Mentor and support technicians through on-the-job training and guidance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems, motor controls, and VFDs.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance accurately and efficiently.
• Interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and manuals.
• Install, repair, and upgrade machinery for capital projects.
• Develop and improve maintenance SOPs and equipment documentation.
• Maintain OSHA and safety compliance during maintenance activities.
• Support facility infrastructure including HVAC, compressed air, boilers, and water treatment.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and vendors on repairs and upgrades.
