Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in machine repair or maintenance, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. The position may require night shifts and weekend coverage as needed.

• General knowledge of maintenance and plant operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• 1–3 years in machine repair, tooling, or machinist roles.
• Mechanic troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and repairs across plant areas.
• Support safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Assist in fast, cost-effective repairs of down equipment.
• Maintain organized work areas and assist other departments as needed.
• Report problems to Supervisor and follow established procedures.
