Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Pitman Nights to ensure reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will perform PMs, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, document work orders, and support changeovers.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, collaboration with operations, and adherence to safety and quality standards. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance/Technology preferred.
Technical degree/trade certification or 2 years manufacturing technician experience required.

Responsibilities

Own PM systems for the Line, focusing on Maintenance Planning and Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination DMS.
Drive downtime reduction and maintain/repair costs for line.
Ensure PM compliance and participate in breakdown analysis.
Coach and train technicians and operators on equipment and processes.
Represent maintenance in daily FMOS meetings and provide action plans.
