McWane Ductile New Jersey is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment. The role requires night-shift leadership, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and strict adherence to safety protocols to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, and proficient computer/maintenance

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Strong computer skills and ability to read manuals and drawings.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and operate production equipment during night shift.
• Diagnose malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Prioritize work orders for mechanics and millwrights.
• Conduct daily safety and toolbox meetings.
• Ensure timely production start-up and reduce downtime.
• Enforce safety policies and Lockout/Tagout.
• Develop and mentor maintenance team members.
