Job summary

Chico Hot Springs Resort in Montana is seeking overnight maintenance team members to perform routine tasks across the property, including draining, cleaning, and refilling the hot springs pools, and responding to guest maintenance requests.

The role requires independence overnight, basic maintenance or handyman experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and a strong guest-service attitude. Full-time hours with benefits, meals included.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently overnight in all weather conditions.
• Reliable and able to stay on task during night shifts.
• Comfortable with indoor/outdoor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across the property during overnight hours.
• Drain, clean, and refill the hot springs pools.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete property upkeep tasks such as trash removal, light cleaning, snow/ice management, and general walk-throughs.
• Monitor and address safety concerns, reporting issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Support other departments to keep overnight operations running smoothly.
• Assist with basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) based on experience.
• Prepare the property for the following day’s operations.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
• Must have valid driver's license

Schedule

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: overnight shifts
• Full‑time hours available and eligible for full benefits at 30+ hours per week
